| Description | ...The purpose of this County Treasury circular is to provide guidelines for the preparation of the MTEF budget for the period 2019/2020-2021/2022. This is in pursuant to the provisions of Section 128 (2) of the Public Finance Management Act 2012 which states; Not later than the 30thAugust in each year, the County Executive Member for Finance shall issue a circular setting out guidelines to be followed by all of the county governments entities in the budget process. |
