...The 2017 County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP), is prepared under the new County Leadership. It provides an opportunity to review the 2016/17 budget performance and also form a basis for the revision of the 2017/18 budget in the context of the Supplementary Estimates. CBROP further provides the broad fiscal parameters for the next budget and medium term period. The law requires CBROP to present the fiscal outcome for the previous financial year and to state how this outcome affects the financial objectives contained in the 2017 County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP)
