| Description | ...The 2020/2021Samburu County Annual Development Plan (CADP) was formulated in the model of the current Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF)and the Second County Integrated Development Plan. The Plan was prepared in line with the requirements of Public Finance Management Act of2012, 126 Section 3,and in accordance with Article 220(2) of the Constitution. The Annual Plan contains the strategic priority development programmes/projects that shall be implemented during the financial year 2020/2021. |
