...The 2021/2022Samburu County Annual Development Plan (CADP) was formulated in the model of the current Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF)and the Second County Integrated Development Plan. The Plan was prepared in line with the requirements of Public Finance Management Act of2012, 126 Section 3,and in accordance with Article 220(2) of the Constitution. The Annual Development Plan contains the strategic priorities programmes/projects that shall be implemented during the financial year 2021/2022 despite the global outbreak and the spread of the Covid-19 Pandemic that has led to contraction of the global economy with disastrous consequences.
