In this Bill, unless the context otherwise requires-authorized channel means the method, mode or process of collection of county revenueor making payment to the County as approved by the County Government;cess means fees charged for goods specified in the first Schedule;County means the County of Laikipia;Executive Member means the executive member for the time being responsible forfinance;County Revenue Board means a body responsible for collection of all revenues of theCounty Government of Laikipia as established under the Laikipia Revenue board Act2014.Chief Executive Officer means the officer in charge of the Revenue Board operationsand management.small urban zone means an urban zone classified under eleventh Schedule;medium urban zones means an urban zone classified under the Twelfth Schedule;Towns means a town as defined by the Urban Areas and Cities Bill 2011 and asclassified under the Thirteenth schedule.
