...The 2018/2019 Budget is being prepared at the beginning of implementation of the County Integrated Development Plan 2018-2022 and therefore forms the base year in the implementation of the CIDP 2018-2022 that aims to regenerate the city of Nairobi.Because of this the need of the need to accelerate the regeneration of the City ,the policies supporting the 2018/2019 budget estimates aims to entrench fiscal prudence ,value for money and delivery of programs to sustain the regeneration of the City Of Nairobi as a world class city.
