This 2017County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) sets out the county's priority programs to be implemented under the 2017/182019/20 FYs Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and aligns the aspirations of the county with those of the national government as stated in the 2017 Budget Policy Statement (BPS). CFSP is an annual planning document that shows the various fiscal strategies that the County Government of Busia intends to employ to meet its overall objective of improving the livelihoods of its citizens.
