...The 2017/18MTEF Budget is being prepared against a background of fiscal constraints and increased expenditure pressures. Given the limited resources, Accounting Officers are required to ensure that their priorities are accommodated within the ceiling provided as agreed in the CFSP and any adjustments to align it to the public submissions during the public participation.The Budget will focus on the implementation of the strategies outlined in the County Integrated Development Plan (2013 2017) and Vision 2030 and the strategic interventions/flagship projects.
