The FY 2021/2022 and MTEF Budget estimates has been prepared in compliance with the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and the Public Finance Management Act 2012. This FY 2021/2022 Budget estimates have been prepared on the basis of the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP 2018-2022), Annual Development Plan (ADP FY 2021/2022), County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP FY 2021/2022) and in line with the National Budget Policy Statement 2021(BPS 2021) and County Allocation Of Revenue Act 2021(CARA 2021)
