...County Fiscal Strategy Paper(CFSP) is the primary financial policy document setting out the County government's policy and priority interventions intended for implementation in thefinancialyear2020/2021 and in the medium term. It is prepared pursuant to section 117(1) and (6) of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), 2012 and PFM Regulations 2015. This document has aligned the proposed revenue and expenditure plan to the national objectives as contained in the National Budget Policy Statement (BPS) FY 2020. The CFSP sets out the county's priority programs to be implemented under the 2020/2021 2022/2023FYs Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF)
