This Budget implementation report has been prepared according to Public FinanceManagement Act 2012. It provides information on the budget performance for first quarter forFY 2018/2019. This report is compiled by the Department of Finance Budget section afterconsultation with all the County departments.This report also gives more information related to project performance for the third quarter ofFinancial Year 2018/2019.Budget implementation is useful in guiding the County by ensuring projects and programmesare implemented as required. This report contains information on revenue and expenditureperformance for the financial period 2018/2019. Revenue performance involves the domesticrevenue collection and receipts from the National Government inform of equitable shareablerevenue and Conditional Grants.Expenditure Performance consists of expenditure for all County Departments and its relatedentities.
