Description	Public participation for the 2014/15 Financial Year Budget Estimates was organized in compliance with Section 125 of the Public Finance Act 2012 which states that there must be public participation in the County Budget preparation process. The County Treasury in collaboration with the Department of Economic Planning organized public hearings in all Twenty (20) wards of Kirinyaga County. These public hearings took place between 23rd and 24th April 2014 as follows;
