We similarlyask you to treat our staff with courtesy in order to enhance an environment ofmutual respect in our working places. Through this Charter we commit ourselvesto provide you with clear, accurate and relevant information and to clearlydetail any costs that may apply in accessing our services. We advise ourclients not to offer gifts, money or other favors to our staff in exchange of aservice offered by the department as it is your right to demand services fromus. This way, you will have assisted us to sustain our commitment of zerotolerance to corruption. Finally, the department has put in place mechanisms tomonitor and evaluate our performance for purposes of quality control indelivery of services.
