In addition, the county health planning and reporting provides, in logical and sequential manner, a process of translation of medium-term county health sector objectives into annual actionable plans. By having a rational review of the county annual achievements, clear priorities for focus can be rationally agreed, to enable attainment of the County Health Objectives as outlined in its Health Sector Strategic Plan and County Development Plan (CIDP).
