An Act of the County Assembly of Taita Taveta County toprovide for the management and administration ofcommunity land in the county pursuant to article 60 (1)a, b, c, e, and g, and 63 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010and sections 7, 13, 14, 15, 19 and 37 of the CommunityLand Act 2016, regulate livestock farming activitiespursuant to Sections1, 3, 6, 8, 10 and 14 of Part 2 of theFourth Schedule of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 andsections 27, 28, 29, 32, and 33 of the Community LandAct 2016, and conservation of natural resources andenvironment including ranching activities pursuant toarticle 42 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and sections35, 36 and 38 of the Community Land Act, 2016.
